1 Bedroom (minimum occupancy 2 persons), 2 bedroom (minimum occupancy 4 persons) and 3 Bedroom villas (minimum occupancy 6 persons) and 1 bedroom bungalows all have a balcony and/or terrace, en suite bath or shower and WC, TV, air conditioning/ heating, hairdryer, and kitchenette with kettle, fridge and cooking rings. Board Basis: Bed & Breakfast with half board available on payment of a supplement. Breakfast and dinner are usually served as an open buffet in the Main Restaurant. A supplement can be paid locally for full English breakfast. There is also an a la carte restaurant, which half board guests can use on payment of a supplement locally. In Summer the Pool Bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day. The Ranch Bar is open in the evenings during high season, with its cosy atmosphere and great views from the terrace.

In the village of Alsancak, close to restaurants and shops and 9 miles from central Kyrenia. The nearest beaches are 1 mile away and Riverside guests do not have to pay an entrance fee and can use loungers and shades free of charge.
